Heerlijke mix van verschillende smaken. Sommige mensen eten graag alles apart wat op hun bord ligt, maar ik vind het heerlijk om zoveel mogelijk smaken met elkaar te combineren. Door de verschillende dingen waar dit gerecht uit bestaat kun je er steeds een andere lekkere smaak bij pakken.
De gekruide kip, de frisse, lichtzure combinatie van komkommer en azijn en de lekkere combinatie van de haricots verts en rode ui, welke door de bereidingswijze een lekkere, zachte smaak heeft. En daarnaast nog de ovenfriet die het geheel afmaakt.
Ik kwam dit recept tegen in de Allerhande (leuk voor inspiratie) en heb er een iets makkelijkere, snellere versie van gemaakt.
Je kunt i.p.v. haricots verts natuurlijk ook sperziebonen pakken, maar ik pak altijd haricots verts. Vind deze lekkerder en daarnaast zijn sperziebonen vaak zo dradig en slap.
Voor de friet kun je het beste een kruimige aardappel schillen en er frieten van snijden, zodat je friet zonder toevoegingen hebt, maar heb je geen zin in die moeite pak dan een zak ovenfriet.

Ingrediënten
200 gr kipfilet
175 gr haricots verts
½ rode ui
¼ komkommer
1,5 tl Jamaican jerk
60 gr Griekse yoghurt
1 el azijn
150 gr friet
Bereiding
- Verwarm de oven voor op 220 graden. Plaats vervolgens de friet voor circa 30 minuten in de oven.
- Ondertussen meng je in een schaal de Griekse yoghurt met de Jamaican jerk en leg je de kipfilet hierin. Smeer de kipfilet er goed mee in.
- Verhit wat (kokos)olie in een pan en bak hierin de kipfilet op hoog vuur voor 5 minuten totdat deze aan beide kanten bruin is. Zet vervolgens het vuur laag en bak de kipfilet voor 10 minuten verder totdat deze gaar is. Keer hierbij regelmatig.
- Breng een pan water aan de kook en snijd ondertussen de topjes van de haricots verts af en de rode ui in dunne halve ringen. Kook de haricots verts voor circa 4-5 minuten en voeg de laatste minuut de rode ui toe.
- Schaaf ondertussen de komkommer met een kaafschaaf of dunschiller in lange stukken. Meng hier de azijn doorheen.
Dien vervolgens alles samen op en je hebt een heerlijk maaltje.
